Join us in the Emerald City for this FREE event
on May 22nd & 23rd!

JSA is going west! Northwest to be exact.

You asked for it and you got it! JSA is bringing their popular Destination Medicare conference to the Pacific Northwest this year. We are reaching out to independent insurance agents, new and old, near and far, to come together and learn, network and have fun with us in this city—with its roots in innovation and nature—that is always moving towards the future.

Over two days this May, we invite you to connect with the nation’s top health and life carriers, lead specialists, technology gurus, operations companies and more. Learn best practices from industry experts and thought leaders so you can accomplish your goals in the Senior Health and Life market. Forge new relationships and find partners dedicated to your success in the senior Medicare market. And don't forget, this event is FREE to you—all you need to do is register and get yourself to Seattle.

And while you are here, we will do our best to make sure you have an abundance of fun getting to experience all that Seattle is known for—fish tossing, sasquatch sighting, glass gazing, coffee sipping and more!

WHO IS JSA?

At JSA, our goal is to help you succeed. Take a look at how JSA can help your business thrive in the Senior Market and learn why you should come talk to us at our Destination Medicare event in Seattle this May 22-23!

VENUES

On May 22nd and 23rd 2024, JSA will be holding another EPIC Destination Medicare in Seattle, WA. The event will consist of two venues, the Seattle Marriott Waterfront Hotel and Chihuly Garden and Glass.

Seattle Marriott Waterfront Hotel
2100 Alaskan Way, Seattle, Washington, USA, 98121

Situated on Elliott Bay, across from the Seattle Cruise Ship Terminals and a quick stroll from the world-famous Pike Place Market, this venue offers stunning views of the downtown Seattle waterfront. It is also in proximity to the downtown business district and some of Seattle's most popular attractions, including The Space Needle, Seattle Aquarium, Chihuly Garden and Glass and the Seattle Art Museum.

Chihuly Garden and Glass
305 Harrison St, Seattle, WA 98109

Situated in the shadow of The Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass offers visitors a look at a full range of colorful glass-blown pieces crafted by the renowned Pacific Northwest artist, Dale Chihuly. A 40-foot tall, 4,500 square-foot glass and steel light-filled Glasshouse displays a 100-foot long suspended sculpture with a color palette of reds, oranges, and yellows. Both color and shape appear to change as you view it in different lighting and at different angles.

After-Hour Networking Highlights

May 22nd

Seattle Public Market Experience:
6 PM-10 PM

After a full day of Medicare insights and knowledge, join JSA and your fellow colleagues for a night of networking and fun! We're bringing the iconic Seattle Pike Place Market experience to you—Destination Medicare style!

Connect, learn, and thrive during this vibrant evening of inspiration and idea-sharing! Meet with the industry's leading names in national and regional Health, Life, Ancillary, and various other insurance producer focused support services and tools.

As our JSA guest, enjoy cocktails, and our featured coffee roaster, Ghost Alley Espresso. Sample their signature Whiskey Aged Cold Brew—the "official" Java beverage of Destination Medicare—while learning about the many hauntings observed around the market.

Relax under the stars at the JSA Sasquatch Lounge and take in the sights and sounds of the bustling market. This cozy campfire-inspired space is where Sasquatch can be spotted taking selfies with our guests.

$10,000 DICE TOSS—see nothing but ‘Squatch and win!

The first contestant to roll 6 big oversized foam dice with Sasquatch’s face landing face-up flat on the ground for all 6 dice wins $10K.

One try only, one attempt per person, no practice rolls.

If fresh, deep cupped, Northwest Pacific oysters are your thing, we've got a Medicare "bivalve" exclusive!  Emerald Acres Oysters will be present with dozens upon dozens of freshly harvested and highly coveted deep-cupped Treasure Cove oysters for all to enjoy, compliments of JSA! Try your hand at shucking with the help of a bonified national oyster shucking champion and receive a free oyster shucking knife for your newly acquired skill.

For a once-in-a-lifetime photo experience, the world-famous fishmongers of Pike Place Fish Market will have you tossing and catching real Pacific caught salmon as they have done for decades. Claim your own place in this rich Seattle tradition. Show us your fish tossing skills! Our professional photographer will catch every moment of this "slippery" challenge for you to proudly brag about!

SOSIO’S PRODUCE

As you stroll through the market, you'll want to stop and meet this colorful character: Mike Osborn, purveyor of Sosio's Produce. Mike has dedicated 50 years of his life to the market and has co-written a wonderful booklet about the history of Pike Place Market that guests will receive. If you think his vast knowledge about the market is impressive, try asking him a question about any fruit or vegetable. This guy knows his stuff!

JEANNIE RAK

Performing at the Chihuly Garden and Glass Networking event on May 23rd, Jeannie Rak plays a mixture of pop and R&B, armed with a rhythmic guitar style and a belting voice cultivated while busking at Pike Place Market. Her original music tells stories of her life as a longtime immigrant (she grew up in Thailand) and certified romantic.

Meet Ryan "Henry" Ward in person—the artist best known as "Seattle's most prolific muralist". His whimsical characters are well-known and beloved by the residents of the Pacific Northwest. From Seattle to Paris, Henry has painted more than 500 public art installations during his 16-year painting career.

Henry has teamed up with JSA and Destination Medicare to create a custom painting especially for our event. Guests will enjoy a free signed print of this commemorative piece along with a deck of 78 Radical Abundance Cards to help manifest your infinite potential!

NICK PILZ

Nick Pilz (Disco Smacker/Digital Beat Down) will be providing the soundtrack to our Seattle Public Market Experience with his electronic funk house sound and live-looping with synths, bass, guitar and drum machines.
